I really enjoyed my stay at the Jw Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, as the amenities were impressive and the grounds were beautiful. However, I did find the pool area crowded and the service at times could be improved. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would consider returning, but with some reservations about the dining options and pool chair situation.

I had a pretty good stay at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. The pool area was spacious and enjoyable, especially for my kids who loved the lazy river. However, I noticed some cleanliness issues by the end of the day, as the pool area could have used more staff to manage it. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, but I did feel the dining options were a bit limited, especially for kids.
